Highwaters and Laryngitis

Well, this is a first for me. I have laryngitis. My voice is almost completely gone. I'm so hoarse, it's embarrassing. I can barely speak above a whisper. I feel like I have to yell to make any sound at all. My throat is scratchy and feels swollen. I know I should be resting and not talking, but I can't help myself. I'm actually kind of enjoying being hoarse and barely able to talk. I sound so sexy.

To add to the embarrassment of having laryngitis, I decided to wear highwaters today. It would have been so exciting for someone to come up and say something about my embarrassing highwaters today. I'd go to answer them and have my voice make all kinds of weird noises because of the laryngitis!

Another Holiday Wearing Highwaters!

Once again, I spent another holiday wearing highwater britches. That's right President's Day was spent wearing my favorite pair of jeans that are too short for me. I just can't help but wear these jeans. They are so comfortable that I forget that I look like I'm expecting a flood. I get used to the hems touching my legs and they don't bother me at all! Here I'm wearing a white t-shirt, my comfortwaist Lee capris, and my plain white Reebok Princess sneakers.

In looking at these photos and photos from past posts, it would appear that my jeans are getting shorter! Perhaps I'm gaining weight making them draw up or they are shrinking in the wash. Just so long as they are highwater, I'm happy!

According to one website, bitchpants.com, my pants would be considered bitchpants. Call them what you want to, but I love to wear jeans and pants that are too short. I love wearing my bitchpants! Here is a fun video of me wearing my highwaters to end this post.

A holiday spent wearing highwaters!

Guess what I did on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day? That's right! I wore a pair of my highwaters all day! It was nice havi
ng the day off and the weather was nice and warm. I had decided the night before to wear my Lee Comfortwaist Khaki Capris with black socks and my white Reebok Princess sneakers and did just that.

As you can tell from these two pictures, I was doing some major highwater flooding. I had a lot of housework to do that day, so I wore these very comfortable britches that are way too short.

These flood pants are so much too short that I think other people would probably be embarrassed to be seen wearing such a thing. But not me! I love wearing pants and jeans that are way too short for
me. I get quite a thrill from doing it. If I didn't wear socks, it wouldn't be such a fashion faux pas because I would just be wearing capris or cropped pants. I add the socks because I think it is fun to look as though I am expecting a big flood.

Think about it, if you have never worn pants that are too short, you don't know what you are missing. Doing it in public is what is really a thrill. Believe me, I've worn highwater pants in public a few times. The sad thing was that nobody even noticed. If they did, they probably didn't want to ask me where the flood was just trying to be nice. They probably thought that I might not have had pants that were long enough to wear instead of highwaters. What they don't know is I like wearing highwaters and I wear them trying to get people to notice and say something to me about it. I can't wait to hear comments like "Hey shortypants, where's the flood?"

The return of highwater pants day!

I just know there is a flood coming because I'm wearing highwaters!

That's right! Highwater pants day is back. I was very busy for two months. I decided last night that since I have a day off, I was going to wear highwater pants all day. So far today, I have cleaned the front room of the house and did a little work in the kitchen. Here are this week's photos from highwater pants day. I'm wearing a navy blue t-shirt, Covington cropped pants in a chocolate brown color, white scrunch socks, and my plain white Reebok Princess sneakers. Those Reeboks sure are comfortable shoes!

I'm so glad that it isn't freezing outside. I would freeze to death if I wore flood pants when it was freezing outside.

I got a bunch of different angles this time. I hope you enjoy them.

Keep in mind I can't hold a hard-on for the entire time I'm wearing my highwater pants. It comes and goes. In looking at these photos, other people would probably be embarrassed to be seen with me in public. I've just got to decide which pair of highwater britches I'm going to wear next week!

Cropped Corduroy Pants

I'm wearing highwaters! So, where's the flood?

About two or three weeks ago, I found a pair of cropped corduroy pants on ebay. I was so excited that I bought them. They have a 24 inch inseam and are just right for looking like I'm waiting for a flood. The leg opening is a very wide 20 inches. Highwater bellbottoms! I love them. Last Thursday, I wore them for most of the day around the house. Around 2:45, I walked out to the mailbox to get the mail wearing them. My next door neighbors were watching me walk to the mailbox in my highwaters! It was so exciting.

You wouldn't believe how comfortable these highwater pants are. They are so comfortable, that I want to wear them all the time. The good thing about them being corduroy is that I can still wear highwaters even when it is cold outside.

I look really cute in these pants judging from the pictures. Since it was nice and sunny outside last Thursday, I was able to take pictures of myself wearing these flood pants with my Reebok Princess shoes.

My first experience wearing highwater pants!

When I was either 5 or 6 years old, I had my first real experience with true highwater pants. They were a pair of navy blue corduroy jeans. My mom said, "here, put on these little britches." I put them on and the bottoms of those pants came up to just above my ankles. Real highwaters! My mom looked down and saw that they were too short. She had me go ahead and wear them anyway. These pants were very comfortable, just too short. When I looked down and saw all of my shoes because my pants were too short, I got my first hard on to memory. I was embarrassed, excited (sexually), and I really liked the feeling of having a hard on. It was unique.

I remember Grandma coming over. Mom had sent us outside to play. There we were in the back of my daddy's pickup truck playing and Grandma pulled up in her car. She got out and went to hug us. She saw my highwater pants. She hugged us and said it looked like I was "waiting for a flood today" because I was wearing pants that were too short. A sure sign I was growing as I had outgrown my pants in length, but they still fit in the waist. From that day on, my mom didn't make me ever wear highwater pants again. I guess it embarrassed her to see her children wearing pants that were too short, even though she wore highwater pants quite often. Now she won't even wear a pair of capri or cropped pants.

Ever since then, I get really turned on (sexually) when I wear highwater pants. I don't find it embarrassing to wear them in public. I've done it a few times. It is a thrill and it is exciting for me. I'm so happy that capri, cropped, and flood pants are now readily available. It may look like I have outgrown my pants, but I am actually wearing them like that on purpose. I wear highwater pants at home one or two days a week. Everybody should have the highwater pants experience at least once. But, you have to wear them like I did on that day when I was 5 or 6 years old, all day. It is fun, exciting, and can be a real thrill to walk out the door in a pair of pants that miss the ground by 5 to 12 inches and show off your shoes. After all, the best way to show off your shoes is by wearing pants that are too short. Some people find that look to be embarrassing. They have probably never tried it and don't know what they are missing!

Wearing Highwaters at Home!

I'm waiting for a flood today!

As you all know, I like to wear highwaters, flood pants, capris, or whatever you want to call pants that are too short. Today, after running a few errands, I came home and slipped into my favorite pair of jeans that are too short (what everybody else calls capris), a t-shirt, slouch socks, and the white Reebok Princess Shoes I bought last week at Sears. I don't know why, but today, I feel so sexy wearing this outfit.

I also tried a different technique when taking the pictures here. I held the camera out more so that I wasn't gazing straight down at my shoes. Gazing down at the shoes ain't bad, but I didn't realize how short these jeans were until I looked at these pictures. These jeans are so much too short that other people would be embarrassed to be seen with me in public! This should for sure draw the "Are you waiting for a flood?" questions and other highwaters comments I long to hear when I am doing some major highwater flooding in public!

Some people think that wearing jeans that are too short is embarrassing. I kind of like it. I especially like to do it when I am at home. I don't get embarrassed by it. I just get really excited when I am wearing flood pants. Since I get a day off every week from work, I'll be wearing highwaters at least one day a week! Most Thursdays will be "Highwater Pants" day at my house!

This is so much fun! The hem of my highwaters has gotta be 8 or 9 inches from the ground, maybe even 10! These are my favorite pair of highwaters! I will one day wear these short jeans with the pictured Reebok Princess shoes in public. It is odd that women's shoes fit me better and are more comfortable! Heck, women's capris, cropped pants, and flood pants fit good, too and are comfortable!

What I wore to Arbys!

After looking at it in the mirror and in the pictures, I don't think these pants work with these shoes. They are almost too long to be worn with basketball shoes. They would be the perfect highwater length for Keds or some other kind of low top sneaker. As soon as I finished taking these pictures, I changed into a pair of brown Covington cropped pants and my pink and white Reebok Princess shoes. I think that is a much cuter look for me. I may try it in public sometime when I get some plain white Reebok Princess sneakers.

Wearing Highwaters to Arby's

About a week ago, I ventured out into public again in a pair of cropped pants. This time I went to Arby's. Once again, I got out and went inside to order my food. I was wearing a blue t-shirt, my Nike Overplay shoes, and a pair of Covington cropped pants that I bought at Sears two years ago. These pants are a little longer (23.5 inch inseam) than the Lee Comfortwaist Capris (my favorite pair of capris with a 22.5 inch inseam) and are darker and have wider legs. Super cute, though!

This time was more exciting than when I went to Wendy's for one reason. There were more people there. More people got to see me waiting for a flood. This was so much fun. There must have been 15 people in there and there I was wearing highwaters. I just have to wonder: are man capris coming into style everywhere? Is it stylish to wear pants that are too short?

Just like when I went to Wendy's, nobody asked if I was waiting for a flood. I was totally showing off my shoes. I love showing off my shoes by wearing capris, cropped pants, or flood pants. These pants are a total of about 3 inches above my shoes. I'm going to try to wear women's Keds sometime in public with my highwaters and see if anyone notices or says anything. I'll have to try it to see if anyone asks if I'm waiting for a flood. I actually prefer to wear Keds with capris, cropped pants, or flood pants. Just bear with me, pictures and possibly video will be on here soon!

What I wore to Wendy's Part 2!

Here is a video of what I wore to Wendy's. Wendy's has their own video of me in my highwaters! I wish I could watch it!

What I wore to Wendy's!

This is what I wore to Wendy's the other night. You have no idea how much fun this was for me. I love wearing capris! I just wish that someone had said something about my flood pants. Please tell me if I look cute or not.

Fashion Statement or Fashion Faux Pas

Here is an article about how capris are a fashion statement. It is from 2000, but I think the information is still relevant. I hope you enjoy it.

http://www.jaehakim.com/articles/misc/features/capri.htm

However, there are always people who are going to think that capris are a fashion faux pas. I never understood this about some people. When it was embarrassing to be wearing highwaters, they would be wearing highwaters and look like they were waiting for a flood. Those people now won't got near a pair of capri pants. In style or not in style, I like to look like I'm waiting for a flood.

I just have to wonder, could I get away with wearing highwaters when capri pants aren't in style? Maybe nobody said anything to me because they are so used to seeing women wearing capri pants that they didn't think anything of a man in capris. Maybe it is high time that men starting wearing capris, too. After all, they do show off the shoes and they do have a purpose of keeping the wearer from getting too hot or too cold. Maybe someday soon, I shall wear a pair of capris in public again. I can't wait to hear the reactions. I will be very disappointed if nobody comes up to me and asks me if I'm "waiting for a flood" or "why are you wearing highwaters?"

Capris in public!

We all know that most women can pull off wearing capris or cropped pants in public. They can do some major highwater flooding and be totally stylish. Some women look absolutely horrible in capris because the shorter length makes their asses look huge. Some women look bad in them because they are too skinny or too short.
I generally wear my capris, which I keep in the closet, around the house while I'm cleaning or doing whatever. I hardly ever go outside or out in public wearing my capris. In fact, at home, I wear capris and other pants that fall between my knees and ankles with Keds. Keds are actually very comfortable to wear around the house.
Tonight I did something different. I went out in public to Wendy's wearing a pair of women's capri jeans! I set it up so that I would look like I was a man wearing highwaters. I wore women's slouch socks, Nike basketball shoes, and an oversized t-shirt with my capris. The bottoms of my highwaters were almost four inches from the tops of my shoes. They are six inches from the tops of the shoes when I wear Keds. Overall, these capris hover a total of eight inches from the floor or ground. That means I am totally showing off my shoes.
The difference between this time and the last time I went to Wendy's wearing capris is that I actually got out and went inside where everybody could see my highwaters. I usually go through the drivethru. This was so much fun for me! I hope I can do it again sometime.
I love wearing pants that are way too short for me. I don't know if I looked cute or not. The really strange thing was that nobody even noticed that I was wearing jeans that were too short for me! Nobody came up and asked if I was waiting for a flood! Maybe someday, I'll get up the courage to wear women's capris to Wal-Mart or to another store. I will be so excited if somebody asks me if I'm waiting for a flood!
